Commissioning, cleaning |
|
Read the dampers position / k-factor on the scale. Calculate the air volume and adjust the damper. All commissioning can be done without the plate if there is enough pressure, more than 40 Pa. Unhook the terminal plate when it is time for cleaning. |
|
Unhook the terminal plate carefully and when connecting to measuring tube, don't let the terminal plate hang! |

Tip!
Assess a stable pressure in advance to get a good distribution in resp. system. Calculate which k-factor that would be needed to give the stated air flow for the selected units. Add the k-factor (position of damper) to the blueprints so that assembler can set up the units in advance. Often after that just fine adjustments are needed after delivery. Example: Set the pressure to 100 Pa in the corridor. A unit which then should have an air flow of 27 l/s should be set at k-factor 2,7 and so on. This is a very simple method! |
