Installation alternatives
Most common alternative, the unit is mounted pending at a distance from the system of joists. The adjustability makes it possible to adjust the spreaders level in relation to the ceiling.
Way to often the space between the ceiling and the system of joists is narrow. It is therefore possible to screw the unit directly against the ceiling and make adjustments to the spreader. The connection box has an outward flange on top with holes for fastening.
If you wish to install the unit (duct work) near the system of joists and let single units drop down to the false ceiling a standard circular duct and a clamp should be used between the connection box and the spreader. The extension should not be more than 800 mm in order to be able to reach the damper properly.
